Agreement

By using zyrento.shop or purchasing from Zyrento, you agree to these terms. We may update them; the version in effect at the time of your order governs that purchase.

Products and Pricing

We work to display accurate prices, availability, and product information. Rarely, an error may occur — if we discover a pricing error after your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before charging. All prices are in USD. We do not collect sales tax.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud or stock errors) with a full refund of any charge.

Shipping and Returns

Free shipping applies to all US orders. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition — see our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.

Product Use and Safety

Pet supplies are intended for pets under normal supervised use. Always choose the correct size (especially collars, harnesses, and toys) and inspect items regularly for wear. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice; consult your veterinarian for health questions.

Intellectual Property

The Zyrento name, site design, and content are our property. Product brand names (including Glorytails) belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyrento's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation — email support@zyrento.shop and give us a chance to make it right.
